In that same company insight, Chalmers also talked about a DZP commitment by the end of 2011. That was a bit of a dissapointment. I might have got his semantics wrong, but I only remember that previously he was saying that the Definitive Feasibility Study would be ready in the beginning of 2011.
So why cannot you commit to something when the figures from the DFS show that the projectnumbers are sound. Of course also saying that it depends upon financing.
You can only talk to banks when the DFS is completed.
