Good for SP but is it good for NO vote?
Regardless SP should have gone up even with this offer. It is false logic to say the stagnant SP reflects sh dissatisfaction of the offer. No the SP should rise to reflect the great value of the PIOP and the more it does the more TODD will realise he has to give ( or anyone else) to get it.
