I must confess I haven't read the patent. Is the app incorporated into the patent? Sorry for my ignorance (and you clearly work in the field of patents so no offence) but I was under the (uneducated) impression that the tighter the patent the better? Would the system you suggest not weaken the position? I thank you in advance for your feedback.
