Well, Kevin Rudd thinks that mining royalties will pretty much save his govt's handling of the australian economy. If anyone needed a warning that the party is nearly over, Big Kev's belief that it is just beginning should cause alarm.
I reckon a bloke that has gotten so much so wrong is a great source for contradictory signals.
