Whether Kevi is in China or not is anyones guess. Don't get me wrong this is just my assumption. Put yourself in Kev's shoes. Wouldn't you like to make the announcement? Get the slaps on the back etc etc.
To be on holidays at this time, just seems all too convenient. Why not keep your irons in the fire and then once the JORC is announced you are already there ready to make a deal. "Nothing illegal, just happened to run into an old Chinese mate who wons a stell mill and we were taking about the 1Bt of IO I own!"
Maybe I'm dreaming but I like it that way!
