I know it's a long shot but there is a extremely thin chance that Zeta could pay off all the creditors, say it's $40 mln and it gets re listed under new management. David Steinberg, CEO and worth an estimated at $2 bln has been given shares recently and publicly stated that it's a great business and is excited about it's future so bailing them out it's peanuts to him.The SP went higher when that was announced.

It's a huge long shot, say 100 /1 but if you sold shares at zero for tax reasons and they relisted in the above scenario at say 10 cents and were bought up further by Zeta/Tipsly then you would have made your 2nd biggest trading mistake.

Anyway, SH's want blood , justice, prison sentences and hopefully that will happen.

Saddest case I've ever seen it makes Alan Shortall at Unilife look like an amateur.

Maybe more realistic that the odds for David Steinberg paying out all creditors and forming a new board and him being the new CEO would be potentially 1000-1

If Mr Steinberg does, then I and many other investors would welcome him, his knowledge and support in moving forward.

Imho if Mr Steinberg did then I'd be more than happy to sell all my shares in 5years to him at half price discount.
