Eags did wait till Hillary had a 14 point lead before going all in. Eags or Mockingbird doesn't go all in unless he or she is certain of the outcome. That's why Eags/MB went all in on Brexit after Nigel Farage conceded (prematurely). That's how much power there is in the mockingbird. He or she can even pull back a Hillary 14 point lead with 2 weeks by just going all in on her.
