    No. In capitalist society we have rationing according to one's ability to pay with money. We have bread ques in capitalism. Nothing to do with freedom in that.

    No. We have the coal fairy, "Gina" who is paid out for the continuing production of coal, and the iron man fairy, "Twiggy" who is paid for the production of iron, so too in Capitalism we have land fairies who are paid out for the continuing production of land.
