No. In capitalist society we have rationing according to one's ability to pay with money. We have bread ques in capitalism. Nothing to do with freedom in that.
In a capitalist society, individuals may be part owners based on inheritance, like the coal fairies, or based on other Ponzi schemes. Individuals may, for example, get a fractional reserve loan to buy up assets like homes, which are restricted in supply so as to be bidded up in value and sold with the minimum exertion of ones own labour power.
No. We have the coal fairy, "Gina" who is paid out for the continuing production of coal, and the iron man fairy, "Twiggy" who is paid for the production of iron, so too in Capitalism we have land fairies who are paid out for the continuing production of land.
