    It is good to see them tackling this very difficult thorny issue. it can't be easy when you consider the royalties paid to the state gov by the giants. While IOP stays high then the juniors with significant ore bodies should be able to build spur lines /whatever - so may be a bit slow - but all good. In meantime we know BRM has continency plans. A
