    ''A thought-provoking thread''

ONLY if people first think of what is the vested interests of banks

therein lies the key to their 'attitude'

    as far as

''Reason is clear - demand will increase and renewables will never accommodate the demand and will fall further and further behind with time.''

the reason is far from clear ---------

renewables are romping ahead in the amount of generation and absolutely caning it in the price race - the cost of producing power -------------- caning it

so, the power production is a win win win race by renewables atm and will continue to be

the only issues are to do with network design and if it needs that networks need buffering --

there is no shortage of power coming from renewables - there is no problem with cost of renewables ------------- both are all over nuclear

there will be some issues in the transition from one technology to another - there always are ------- always has been and always will be

there will be wins and losses along the way -------- horse to car brought - less horse shit on the street --------- no horse shit smell, but the smell of gas cars burping along

saddlers went out of business, mechanics were bred in the thousands

hay went to hell, donkey pumper or nodding donkey or whatever you want to call them came on biggly

    tis only change
