well last time I checked the feasibility it was a fairly quick payback period so whats the problem. once production starts there are offtakes in place so one would expect that revenue will be generated rapidly and given anticipated profit margins the loan(s) should be repaid fairly quickly if management want to - otherwise use the profits for dividends whilst paying down the loan(s) on a timely basis. Am sure there will be other options for management to consider.

think there are more pressing issues ATM.
