A couple of approvals still required for the mine. I would think the next 1-2 months will see those obtained.

From memory, when those final approvals are secured it will trigger a six month time limit for MIN to start getting ore out of the ground at which time they will need to begin payments to IOH regardless.

So I'm estimating around April '14 for our first income out of that deal.

I'm paraphrasing all of that from memory & you may like to go back & read the detail in relevant announcements just to make sure I'm not mistaken.
