Can anyone explain the discrepancies between the delivery dates quoted by IOH and MIN regarding Iron Valley:

IOH's last Quarterly Activities Report (25 July 2013):
This development is expected to generate cash inflows to IOH in 1H CY2014, which will be a significant milestone in IOH’s development and growth path.

MIN's Annual Results Presentation (16 Aug 2013) says:
Iron Valley
•Agreement signed with Iron Ore Holdings
•Mining approvals in progress
•Mine development expected to be completed for first ore in early FY2015
