Well…Iam hanging tight on to the stock I’ve got for another 2-3 years. This one is for long term investment.
This stock has potential to return to over 50 cents per share if the economy improve and there is not much default, they have also secure warehouse loan until another 30 years, so no worries about creditors. Their issued notes is A- which is excellent. If market improve like it has been this week. Next NTA for end of July 09 would be 10+ cents. Which should see share price improve to roughly 5 cents a pieces.
