I think it's going to be a long time before buying via the ADR's leads rather than follows the movement in the shares on the ASX. So far the volume for the ADR's (adjusted for conversion factor) has been at least 10-50x less than that of the ASX. Also, all major buying by US institutions has been on the ASX as opposed to the US market. I don't see the situation changing until the company upgrades it's US listing.
