LSG to be included in S&P/ASX 200.
Latest announcement suggests that the major gold companies (AngloGold holds a big stake already) are interested in taking EAGM over, much to the dissapointment of LSG management who see a float of the company as a much better way to extract full value for the company's assets.
For outstation:
"Lion and African Lion remain of the view that maximum value for shareholders can be achieved by
floating EAGM on a stock exchange, most likely in Canada."
