After listening, I found there were a few hints about where new business growth (as opposed to natural organic growth from the existing ranges). Firstly, acquisitions do not seem to be on the radar, unless a good fit "crossed our desk". Maggie Beer was signalled out for international expansion. Paris Creek is seen growing its SKUs nationlly following from the national rollout of the milk at Woolworths in March 2022. There was also the hint of HGA adding new product channels to its existing offering, so that will be interesting to see what that might be. The hint was that this would not simply be an expansion of existing ranges, i.e. specific hampers or gift lines, but something entirely new and not currently offered. There was also particular emphasis on moving some of the seasonality out of the HGA and Maggie Beer businesses i.e. improving on the 60/40 first half/second half split.
