I decided to finally compare whether sophisticated investors have changed their holdings in SPQ. Heres a little table I drafted up. Notable is the fact 5 new holders have arrived in the Top 20 - some as high as #7 from outside the top 20. As Watermelon pointed out he knew someone who had added ~20-30m shares and this correlates with some big changes (for example the 2021 ranked 2nd largest holder did exactly this).
I thought I'd just share this and see if it prompts any valuable discussion...
My only concern is about 350m shares have hit the registry in 12 months. With an additional 86m options due to be converted this December (which are WELL in the money at 0.06c!) this means we are likely to see close to 1.85b shares this time next year on issue, if the Board get their way with the resolution at the upcoming AGM this week. That to me says the share price would need to lift by ~30% just to maintain current value - obviously not a problem if Bottletree comes back good.
