A pretty contradictory post; why would buyers want to start competing against each other when the market sentiment is rubbish? It's like urging family members to fight over the last piece of stale Christmas cake that has been left in the fridge. Buyers will come when market sentiment and conditions that favour BML improves, and that won't likely be for another 4 + months.
