I think the sp action is simply a response to the annual report - according to which they are back in full production. As for a takeover, i really don't think they're a target while Toho holds 25%, and i would also doubt ZFX's interest in them. ZFX passed up the Endeavour mine when it was formed from Pasminco because they saw it as a poor asset. Either way, nobody will have a dip while Toho is still there.
