Wrong, the current directors presided over past disasters, so past events need to be taken into account when assessing the corporate governance (or lack of) associated with this company moving forward. It will take a long time before usual valuation multiples are applied, and even longer, if ever, before it gains the respect of institutional investors. They would have been aghast at what happened only recently.
