They aren't even in the same ballpark, unless NAB predicted a $6b profit this FY, reasserted a number of times that the forecast remained on track, then announced $12b of bad debts out of the blue and was suspended from the stock exchange for 4 months. And then the same directors survived the chop. There is a real cowboy culture at ASC, they have survived ASIC scrutiny for the 2002 fiasco, now they believe they can get away with anything. Who can blame them?
