But don't you think that for ALL of those investors who have held on for the last9 mths - they are not going to be scared out of selling now.
Investors must do their own research if they are to buy PRR now - and yes maybe some instos are finally taking some holdings for their portfolio - these are certainly higher than usual buys going through this morning.
And I also have a buy signal - if volume & share price can be maintained today.
BTW, this is all with NO News from Prima ( except ancillary data on some of their smaller trials)
