The Delta share holder vote comes after the $2 million non-refundable deposit which of course is due by the 28th Feb. Then, with the deposit paid, Delta knows Intec is looking to clinch/finalise the deal. No one throws away $2 million especially when money is tight.
I have been looking at the Delta web site but I suppose they won't call a meeting till after the 28th payment is made despite assurances from Intec.
