I don't think there are any hidden catches in this.
They are so cheap simply because they are under the radar.
The investing public/ brokers have not caught up with the potential of this gas field, and that sometime in ~ the next 12 months —— it
will be drilled.
You are obviously impressed, and others will surely follow.
