this is bargain basement price
BPH own 23% of PEP11. The second they get approval to drill they are worth $20-30M. As soon as they get finance they will be worth 5 or 10 times that
check back the old timeline. From when they got NOPTA approval they had a funding partner and drill rig booked within 4 weeks. The stock ran over 20 times in that space
the sellers here have no idea what they are giving away
