I noticed someone bought over 20M or so the other day at 1c
I'm watching BUY at the same time for a move there to see if it is PEP-11 related
Personally I am waiting for the approval from the petro office to go hard in this. If I have to pay a premium for the safety then so be it but hopefully can't be far away. That 20M buyer must be betting it is close.
