If you think china is exclusively processing then you are delusional. Consider every use of lithium not just one narrow minded Chinese view that you have.
I consider the AJM deal as risky because whats stopping them from taking profit and walking away? nothing. What if another company offers a cheaper price will they just bail on AJM and take profit? What if they go with first to market?
I hope we end up with a binding agreement with a company from a country that's not Chinese to be honest. Reduces the risk as you have pointed out. If they stood up and placed 1/2 the costs for the plant I would say that's significant. $3M into AJM isn't significant in my mind.
