CM would be spitting chips at these actions taken by ERM. Its his baby and I think he will fight for it. Wonder if the 249D will be initially valid as per the last.??

ERM are saying they do not want a T/O but a more fluent run operation and with the number of shares they hold no wonder. Clean out the baggage that has held up the works somewhat in slow progress. ERM are eyeing a bigger operation not just for their needs but as a company as a whole.

ERM have been a long term but in the past a smaller JV partner but in the middle of all the spats with Wharf. Enough was enough and another litigation process at hand is damaging to the business aspect of where they want to make money but stalled somewhat.
