In all seriousness, though, the schools drug testing push has not gone away in Mexico - as indicated in this article out of Baja California (one of the worst drug affected States)a couple of hours ago:

It's quite possible that the testing programs have been held up not just because of the drug lords but also pending completion of the national elections scheduled in the next month or two.

Obviously a huge shame that SBL will not be there to compete if and when the testing programs get under way.

However ED and Diinsel will still be around - and O4 is still featured on Diinsel's web site - as in this link:
