golddigger - agree that something's amiss. not knowing much about the nitty-gritty of oil drilling i assume that if it were a mechanical problem as with Pos1 (stuck tool) or the allen key to tighten the black and decker has been lost, then this would have been reported. perhaps the announcement will concern something that 'has to be quantified.....' one hopes.
