You are no ramper Autosine. And, frankly, why consider takeovers? BPT has enough equity in all of these very attractive assets that they are in a great position to just J/V and virtually be free carried through all the major developments. BPT ARE in a highly enviable position and should not give it up cheaply.
Current SP is grossly undervalued and the victim of the overall market sentiment, when ALL money is going into cash and US and German Bonds while Europe sorts out it's mess.
Hang in there, you are riding the best horse in the race.
(I don't hold BPT as I have very limited resources, but, certainly would if I could).
