    i was thinking the same thing... if it’s a 12 month delay that would put the dam construction to 2021 meaning construction 2022.
    The other option is Haggler wants everyone one to sell by de ramping he buys the shares the announcement comes next week. I’ve been told people do this by one of the major shareholders. Something smells a little fishy
