You can always rely on Ton to over promise under deliver. They have been underachieving for years. I had my doubts these guys were going to get anything done before wet season, so not bothered by the delay. Personally I would prefer PC to just keep doing nothing as he will no doubt just unsettle the SP more with an announcement.
