    i do not see any activity there. But to make it clear. I do not know the exact dates of these satellite pictures.

    your picture 2 should be the location of deposit T12 (and T12 waste dump)
    The plant site is near Deposit T16. There is no activity on these satellite pictures,too.

    but again: they could be months old.

    I think the picture 1 has something to do with storage dam.
