This is old image I posted a while ago and marked as 1 is where your image is located, at 2 there would seem to have been where sample drilling had been done or at a minimum some sort of man made activity? This image is a bit old now being 2018
Given you have 2020 image at point 1 any chance you can access point 2 to see if there has been ay further activity there?
