So glad you pointed this out.
CEZ opening 51% of geomet doesn't mean they just get 51% of the output to do what they want with, just as my owning x% of EMH doesn't mean I can sign a contract for x% of the output.
CEZ owns a majority stake in the project. But it's still ONE project. Only way CEZ would get to make those sorts of negotiations is if the created some sort of internal offtake agreement with Geomet. Would be hard to argue such an agreement was in the best interest of other holders though
