Under the ‘reserve matters’ of the shareholders agreement between CEZ and EMW there is to be no disposal of assets worth €5m or more in any one year unless there is unanimous agreement between the 5 directors of Geomet, 2 of which are appointed by EMH. To get that into perspective that is around 400 tons of hydroxide.
