Interesting. I was under the impression that since CEZ owned 51%, that EMH was bound to whatever deal CEZ signs. If that's not the case, then my concerns about CEZ negotiating the price are baseless.
An off-take deal between CEZ and VW Skoda would still be great for us, because EMH is selling an identical product. Any off-take deal (even one EMH isn't a part of) serves to validate the product and de-risk the project.
