TOPETE PTY LTD i believe is peter and john cooks private investment arm.
they have investments in many many companies, are very very wealthy, have powerful connections (expecting other associates of theirs to now follow into NUP), and as cardz said they are also in RNI. they wont be selling 30M shares for some time IMO and will be a real asset and holder.
