The ad was for a contract facilities engineer, contract meaning the person will be employed and paid on an hourly basis (hence no wage was listed) this is quite common in the design engineering industry (when working in London I did extactly that) and the reason a companies employ that way is because the contract is only in the preliminary stages and may NOT proceed to full design, this is similar to the initial CNE enquirer for the supply of the FPOS
