SC ................. in the engineering world contract positions are filled very quickly that's one of the benefits that a company gains by employing contract labour, they can get someone quickly and discard easily once the job is done, also is one of the reasons I did contract, it is highly paid for that very reason, someone will be sitting at the desk a few weeks after the applications close!!!!
