IMO there is only one issue with respect to the success or failure of FAR. And that's the size of the oil province. All of the issues you are raising are correct in the current situation, but I am totally convinced that "if" we have the size of an oil field and the expected break even point we are all expecting, FAR will give us what we all come here for. If its not today, then tomorrow, but it will happen. Lets just focus on the size and all will fall into place, the rest of it is too grinding.
