But the real question is should they?
Or perhaps im wrong maybe we should be asking ourselves (since we can't ask them, or maybe you can if you go to the AGM). What time frame are they looking at when they buy.
Really you dont want management that is constantly buying / selling there shares. You want them focused on running a successful company that pays healthy dividends and makes constant profits ( there is the challenge isnt it profits down 40%!! ).
My biggest concern is that they dont have quality people in there share investment area. I think they should head hunt Rob7, Volt or one of the other Gurus on here to do it for them..How much would they have to pay them to give up there freedom of independant trading?? Thats a way more interesting question. Lol
