Just to follow up with your earlier comment about directors buying - not only has Sam increased holdings, but Ken Duncan also increased his holding by 500,000 shares in April. At that point there was no pressure to keep the SP above a SPP price! Sure the amounts both are fronting are small - but in Ken's case, $30K is still a lot of money to be risking if there wasn't some real potential.
My other point is about the SP - sure it is almost on the SPP price, but if a group of 60 people wanted to purchase a bundle of 300,000 with the present # shares on issue (65million) then the SP would skyrocket. The obvious question is ..will the SPP be oversubscribed, or a really hard sell?
Do they need to issue a some kind of prospectus for these capital raisings - or given that it is limited to existing holders they don't need to?
