    I don't think it is a loan. They are investing $110M for 12 years to gain a 34% stake in the mine. During that time they will get paid a interest rate and 34% of any profits.........

    It is definately a good arrangement for DML if it goes ahead. Will allow them to close out any short term loans and do the underground mine.
