Im not usually into this 'capping' stuff, but it seems to me that there is only one decent seller at 29.5, and this guy is showing his hand with his million plus shares.

The theory, I believe, is that someone wanting to acumulate shares in a company below a certain price ,places a huge amount of shares out in the open for sale, forcing anyone else wanting to sell to offer shares at a lower price. The same individual then buys the shares at the lower price.

The way to tell if it is capping or is really just a large share holder cashing out is if the large bundle of shares on offer is pulled if someone actually starts to buy them in any serious way.

will be intersting to see if this offer is pulled or bought. its good for the SP either way.
