    I don't believe the latest buys were/are part of the buyback in fact I thing it must be instos placements given as you said "there is no downside".



    Personally I like you would have preferred that the recent surge both in vol/price was attributed to buy back nonetheless its good that we are finally seeing some positive movement in SP.
