    I don't think all of the sales today was attributed to buy back.

    SDG had a mandate to buy back between 1:00 - 1:05 the rest could be other fund managers seeing an opportunity to buy with no down side. Perhaps they can even sell in the buyback and make a buck!!

    What should be apparent is with lower than expected interest rate the interest in property & property stocks will be higher.

    With exception of FRI and ALZ most listed property Co's were up be as it may no where near than SDG.
