JT, you're not wrong at all, I read your posts on BEC, they are very informative !
It was just a matter of time on the chart before it rebounded somewhat (yes got a bit carried away) but nowhere near the same level it was pre GFC, like most of the other REITS out there, especially CNP (biggest % loser out of the lot from a $13 high).
